About the Artist
Cloud Island is the home and pottery studio of Corina Horstra. Each piece is individually handcrafted on the pottery wheel and decorated with under glaze colours, creating unique, colourful pieces. Corina's inspiration for decoration comes from a broad range of influences including a background in horticultural science, the bush that surrounds her, Persian carpets, illuminated manuscripts and her garden.
