About the Artist
Ida Maglai is an Adelaide-based jeweller who arrived in Australia as a refugee in 1987. Ida studied visual art, majoring in Jewellery, at the North-Adelaide School of Art, graduating in 1995. Since then she has been working as a self-employed studio jeweller, with work represented in various Australian galleries.
